 Jafar Sabbah, the CEO of RAD Dental Devices, is an experienced manager of start-up companies.
Prior to his present position in RAD, Mr. Sabbah was a co-director of Startup Jerusalem and manager of its Hi-Tech Cluster.
He was managing director of the Israeli-Palestinian Cooperation Project, and CEO and founder of Triple World Vision, aimed at launching a worldwide Arabic portal.
Prior to his managerial career, Mr. Sabbah had a successful legal practice, specializing in commercial, intellectual property, and e-commerce laws.
Mr. Sabbah holds an LLB from the Hebrew University and an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management (UK), where he was fully sponsored by a prestigious scholarship from the British Council.
He is author of several publications related to e-commerce and intellectual property in leading Israeli and Palestinian periodicals and websites.

Elik Chen is an engineer with experience covering a variety of fields: medical devices, semiconductor equipment,optical communications, and others.
He has been involved in several start-up companies, including as inventor, founder, or chief design engineer of complex mechanisms.
Elik Chen served as CTO at Orthogon, a start-up company involved in developing an orthopedic device. He was engineering manager at Color-Chip Technologies, which developed processes for implantation of ions in glass.
He held a variety of engineering positions at Micro Device Equipment, Sela Semiconductors ,and Kulike and Soffa.
Elik Chen is partner to numerous patents and patent applications.
