• An endosseous distractor capable of either simultaneous ridge elevation and expansion, or unidirectional use (either elevation or expansion). 
• Dent. Clicker^TM - an electronic key for performing distraction adjustments and/or controlling  distractor's motion according to a predetermined criteria.  This element helps overcome the patient compliance problem by maintaining control over the distraction phase and by providing feedback to the treating clinicians.
