 Yosi Turkaspa, Chairman of RAD Dental Devices Board of Directors, is the CEO of the NGT Technology Incubator.
Prior to his present positions, Yosi Turkaspa was Director of Business Development for Alcatel's activities in Israel; CEO of Koor Technologies, an investment company; CEO of Eltam Technology Incubator; and Senior Researcher at the Industrial Technology Institute in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Yosi Turkaspa holds a BSc and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Technology Institute in Haifa.

Dr. Hussam Kassem, a director of RAD Dental Devices, is an experienced dental surgeon running a private dental clinic and working at Poriya Hospital in Tiberias.
Prior to his present positions, Dr. Kassem served as dentist at the Clalit Medical Services.
Dr. Kassem holds a DMD. from Liege University in Belgium.

Ofer Pillar, a director in RAD Dental Devices,has extensive experience in management and business development activities.
In recent years he has been involved in a sequence of related companies:founder of CByond, CEO and Chairman when CByond was sold to ACMI; the VP of Business Development of ACMI Inc. when it was sold to Gyrus; and the VP of Corporate Business Development of GyrusACMI when it was sold to Olympus.The accumulated company sale values exceeded $2.7 billion.
Prior to managing CByond, Ofer Pillar was the CEO and managing director of Scientific Laboratory Products Ltd. (SLP), and he was involved in the creation and business management of four additional start-up companies. Earlier he served as plant engineering manager, marketing manager, and product line manager at Tadiran Electrical Appliances Industries and as a project manager at Elbit Systems.
Ofer Pillar holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management, all from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.
